Pretty Green S.L. — Booking Terms & Conditions
These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to bookings made with Pretty Green S.L., including direct bookings and bookings made through Online Travel Agencies, booking platforms, travel agents, concierges or other third-party channels.
By making an enquiry, placing a booking, making payment, signing guest documentation, completing online check-in, or staying at one of our properties, the Guest accepts the applicable booking terms, the booking confirmation, Short-Term Tourist Accommodation Agreement, House Rules, Cancellation and Refund Policy, and any property-specific instructions issued by Pretty Green S.L.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when Pretty Green S.L. or the relevant booking platform has accepted the booking and the required payment, deposit, payment authorisation or written confirmation has been received.
The booking confirmation email, reservation confirmation, payment request, invoice, check-in form, house rules, property rules, cancellation policy and written property-specific instructions form part of the agreement for the stay.
The Guest must ensure that all booking information is accurate, including guest name, number of guests, dates, property, payment details, arrival time and contact details.
2. Payment Terms
All prices are shown in euros unless otherwise stated.
For direct bookings, payment amounts, instalments, due dates, balance payments and payment methods are as stated in the booking confirmation, invoice, payment request or written communication issued by Pretty Green S.L.
If a required payment is not received by the due date, Pretty Green S.L. may cancel the booking, and the applicable cancellation policy may still apply.
For bookings made through third-party platforms, payment handling, card charges, service fees, currency conversion, refunds and disputes are governed by the terms of the relevant platform.
3. OTA and Platform Bookings
If the booking was made through an Online Travel Agency, booking platform, travel agent, concierge or third-party channel, the cancellation policy, refund rules, payment terms, service fees, modification rules and dispute process shown on that channel at the time of booking shall apply.
Where the platform’s cancellation policy conflicts with Pretty Green S.L.’s direct-booking cancellation policy, the platform cancellation policy shall apply to the cancellation and refund calculation.
Pretty Green S.L. is not responsible for refunding amounts charged, retained or controlled by the platform, payment provider, bank, travel agent, concierge or other third-party provider.
4. Security / Damage Deposit
Unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation, the Guest must provide a security/damage deposit of €2,000.
The deposit will normally be taken as a credit card pre-authorisation or card block. Pretty Green S.L. may use another method where agreed in writing or where required by the relevant booking platform.
The deposit may be used for damage, losses, missing items, extra cleaning, unpaid services, fines, penalties, late check-out charges, lost keys, lock replacement, access device replacement, staff call-out costs or other amounts owed under the booking terms.
The balance of any deposit held directly by Pretty Green S.L. will normally be released or refunded within seven days after check-out, subject to property inspection and bank/card processing times.
Where damage, loss or other costs require further investigation, quotes, supplier invoices, replacement purchases or repair work, Pretty Green S.L. may reasonably delay final settlement of the relevant part of the deposit until the amount is confirmed.
5. Guest Registration and Identity Information
The Guest and all members of the Guest’s party must provide all information legally required for traveller registration before or at check-in.
Pretty Green S.L. will collect and process guest identity information only where necessary for legal compliance, booking management, security, payment administration, accommodation management or guest registration.
The Guest must provide accurate information for all guests.
Failure to provide legally required guest registration information may result in refusal of check-in or termination of the stay, without refund where permitted by law.
6. Occupancy and Additional Guests
Only the guests included in the confirmed booking may stay at the property.
The maximum occupancy stated in the booking confirmation, reservation record, booking platform, property rules, tourist licence or applicable law must not be exceeded.
The Guest must not invite additional overnight guests without Pretty Green S.L.’s prior written consent.
Pretty Green S.L. may refuse entry, charge additional fees or terminate the stay if the permitted occupancy is exceeded.
7. Guest Conduct and House Rules
Guests must respect the property, neighbours, local community and applicable laws.
Parties, unauthorised events, loud music, DJs, professional sound systems, antisocial behaviour, excessive noise, illegal activity or nuisance are not permitted unless expressly authorised in writing by Pretty Green S.L.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 09:00.
The property may not be used for parties, weddings, events, photo shoots, film shoots, commercial activities, paid gatherings, brand activations, meetings or any business purpose without Pretty Green S.L.’s prior written consent.
Pretty Green S.L. may terminate the stay, refuse entry or require guests to leave where the Guest breaches the booking terms, house rules, property rules, applicable law, occupancy rules, or causes disturbance, damage or safety concerns.
Where termination is caused by the Guest’s breach, no refund will be due except where required by mandatory law or, for platform bookings, except where the platform’s mandatory process requires otherwise.
8. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are property-specific and shall be as stated in the booking confirmation email, reservation confirmation, booking platform, check-in instructions or other written confirmation issued by Pretty Green S.L.
Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and must be agreed in writing in advance.
Failure to vacate the property on time may result in additional charges, including staff waiting time, extra cleaning, late departure fees and any loss caused to Pretty Green S.L., the property owner or incoming guests.
9. Cleaning and Condition on Departure
The property will be provided in clean and habitable condition.
The Guest must leave the property in a reasonable condition, remove rubbish to the designated area, wash or place used kitchenware appropriately, and avoid excessive mess.
Extra cleaning may be charged where the property is left in an unreasonable condition.
10. Tourist Tax and Local Charges
The Guest is responsible for any applicable tourist tax, eco-tax, local tax, municipal charge or other legally payable charge unless expressly included in the booking price.
Where applicable, Pretty Green S.L. may collect such amounts before or during the stay.
For OTA or third-party platform bookings, tourist tax and local charges may be collected by the platform or directly by Pretty Green S.L., depending on the platform arrangement and applicable law.
11. Third-Party Services
Pretty Green S.L. may assist with introductions or arrangements for third-party services such as boat hire, private chefs, transfers, taxis, restaurants, beach clubs, VIP tables, grocery deliveries, excursions, wellness services or other guest experiences.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, these services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.
Pretty Green S.L. is not responsible for third-party availability, pricing, cancellation terms, service quality, safety standards, delays, changes or disputes unless Pretty Green S.L. is legally responsible under applicable law.
12. Liability
Pretty Green S.L. does not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to mandatory law, Pretty Green S.L. is not liable for travel costs, flight costs, alternative accommodation costs, indirect losses, business losses, loss of profit or losses caused by matters outside Pretty Green S.L.’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms affects the Guest’s mandatory rights as a consumer.
13. Entire Agreement and Order of Priority
The booking confirmation email, reservation confirmation, payment request, invoice, check-in form, house rules, property rules, cancellation policy, Short-Term Tourist Accommodation Agreement and any written property-specific instructions issued by Pretty Green S.L. form part of the agreement between the Parties.
If there is a conflict between documents, the following order of priority shall apply:
- mandatory Spanish, European Union, Balearic Islands, Ibiza or municipal law;
- for Online Travel Agency or platform bookings, the platform’s mandatory payment, cancellation, refund, service fee and dispute terms;
- the booking confirmation email, reservation confirmation, payment request, invoice or booking platform reservation for commercial details including the property, dates, number of guests, price, payment schedule, deposit, booking channel and reservation code;
- the Short-Term Tourist Accommodation Agreement;
- these Booking Terms & Conditions;
- house rules, property rules, check-in instructions and operational instructions.
Any change to the booking-specific details must be agreed in writing by Pretty Green S.L.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
The Parties agree that disputes should first be addressed directly and in good faith.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or mandatory jurisdiction rules that cannot legally be excluded, disputes will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Ibiza, Illes Balears, Spain.
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights the Guest may have as a consumer under applicable law.
