Phia Villa is a clean contemporary villa decorated with neutral colours. We have our private play area to keep the children busy all day long during your family holidays.
It has natural sunlight throughout the with multiple balconies and terraces to enjoy the summer days and nights. The villa has a direct sea-view to Salinas and Formentera.
Within 5 minutes from the villa, you are at Ibiza Airport, Ibiza Town, Ibiza Port, Playa Den Bossa, Ushuaia, Blue Marlin and all the beaches.
Following the pandemic we are providing more stringent cleaning procedures of our properties to ensure our guests' health and safety. All of our bed linen, bathroom towels and pool towels are professionally laundered.
Description
The Space:
Phia Villa is an excellent holiday property because of it's central location to Ibiza Town, Playa Den Bossa, Ibiza airport, and most Ibiza Southern beaches. It has a sea-view and is extremely private. It is ideal for families or group of friends for long weekends or weekly holidays. Whether it being a relaxing or active holiday, you will sleep and feel at home.
The villa has two outdoor furnished lounges and one indoor lounge with Wi-Fi, NETFLIX, Flat Screen Smart TV, Mobile Bluetooth Speakers, sofas, dining room, coffee table and chairs.
The villa has two large outdoor terraces and a BBQ station. There is a versatile shaded outdoor dining area for those all-important pre and post-dinner party gatherings. The pool size is 10m x 5m, accompany by a Balinese bed, three large sun umbrellas and eight sun loungers.
We can change the bedroom configuration if needed. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests.
Guest Access
Guests will have the property exclusively for themselves during their stay in peace and tranquillity. We have the perfect setup at the villa to enjoy your holidays with us in a great location to be whilst in Ibiza.
Interaction
We are hands-off. We offer our guests complementary concierge services if needed to enhance your Ibiza experience.
Other things to note
Guest can check-in on any date of the week and can have short stay pending availability and terms per period.
We will block a breakage security deposit of €2,000 upon arrival. This breakage deposit can be prepaid by credit card(s) or cash. This breakage deposit will be fully refunded within five working days upon check-out and is subject to inspection by the property manager to assess whether there have been any damages to claim.
We can offer extra cleaning to our guests at an extra cost. Please ask us for additional information should you wish to book this optional service.
HOUSE RULES:
No smoking inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside the property.
No parties or events allowed. However, we are pleased for you to play music at a respectable level inside and around the pool.
Check-in time is from 15:00 – 21:00. After 21:00 we need to arrange a late check-in at an extra cost of €50. Early check-in can be arranged if possible at an additional cost. Please ask for more information.

Getting Around
Phia Villa is close to public transportation and has easy access by car and taxi. The villa is only 5 minutes from the airport. We will provide direction, coordinates and google maps location once your booking is confirmed.
